RICA

Stupid RICA exam... It's the last of the standardized tests that I need to pass to clear my teaching credential. My exam is in less than 4 hours. Wish me luck!

What materials did you use to study? I am in the same boat, this is the only test left to get my credential. I took the RICA in August and missed it by 4 points. I took it again on 10/8/05 and it seemed harder. So I have no clue what to do. Good luck!

I sort of skimmed through "Literacy in the 21st Century" by Gail Tompkins. I read through a 1/3 of the book. If I don't pass the RICA this time, I will read the entire book. ha ha. I felt that I knew the answers when I took the RICA exam but I don't know if I used enough of the "technical" terms the the graders look for. I'll keep you posted though. What did you do to study?
